UNDERFLOOR HEATING

Underfloor heating is one of the most reliable heating systems, in which hot water at a temperature of 30-45oC circulates through a piping circuit that has been integrated into the floor of the room, turning the floor itself into a heating element.

The heat radiates from the floor to the heated space and from the lower layers to the higher without strong currents.

This type of heating offers comfort due to the uniform distribution of heating in the space, allows the full use of the space due to the lack of heating elements and provides economy in operating costs.

The long-term experience of SEFHANIS with the object results in the selection of the most reliable materials on the market based on the needs and functionality of each application.

Our collaboration with the well-known Greek company INTERPLAST and the excellent quality products, manufactured with the strictest international standards, is a guarantee for your installation.

Besides the classic underfloor heating with junction plates and hot concrete as the final surface before the final floor, there is also the development in heating of this type resulting from the collaboration of INTERPLAST with KNAUF. The result of this is the low-profile underfloor heating (only 3.5cm total height of materials) with special KNAUF fiberboard plates on which the final floor is applied.
It offers an immediate heating response time due to the low inertia and the direct contact of the heated pipe with the finished floor. It is also a light construction, with exemplary point load resistances and with a low final floor level, ideal also for residential renovations.
